Sabalom Glitz is a petty criminal/loveable rogue who the Doctor has run into a couple of times. In Trial of a Time Lord: The Mysterious Planet Glitz was trying to steal secrets from the planet Ravalox. In Trial of a Time Lord: The Ultimate Foe, he assisted the Doctor in defeating the Valeyard.
